Holati badinai obu havoi territoriyai muayyan (viloyat, kishvar, respublika), inchunin mahalhoi alohidai aholinishin, aeroportho, rohhoi havoi, rohi ohan va gayraro baroi muddati kutoh (1—2 shaboruz) va daroz 3—10 shaboruz, moh va ziyoda az on peshguy kardan mumkin ast.
